Of course it is known that humans often buy a copy of their opponents and play
against the copy many games until they find a way to win against the copy so
later they can repeat the win in a game.
The win may be long and not thanks to a trap in the opening but they can simply
repeat 90 moves that they prepared when they know the opponent reply.

It is not relevant.
They did not get the condition of Nemeth.
They played against parallel program and parallel program is not deterministic.
I think that chessbase also was allowed to change the opening or the software
dependent on the match.
Nemeth plays against a deterministic thing.
