The  Fidelity USCF SE was released in 1984-1985 and was only offered to current
members of the United States Chess Federation(Hence the name USCF)
it was bundled with an Impact printer
it contained the Prestige Program running at 3 Mhz and the CB9 book cartdridge
built in
it was also one of the few computers Fidelity released with  Green and White
Buff colored squares commonly seen used in rated tournaments:
