hi Graham

>CXG Sphinx Dominator

the Sphinx Dominator is a highly sought after computer by the Collector's
the program went through several revisions(i think 5)

>Mephisto Roma (big wooden board)
>Saitek Risc2500 (from memory)

both very nice models
real pity you sold them

the Risc 2500 was one of the few dedicated computers to contain De Konings King
program ,which of course went on to acheive worldwide recognition in the
Chessmaster PC program
another even more sad reason is.. my Risc 2500 is defective so it would have
been better to sell your's to me
:))

>Chessmate (a nice computer - don't know who put it out though)

it was a nice model
the only chess computer Commodore released
came in two different colors

>Fidelity Sensory 9

stay tuned tommorrow for my post on the four different versions of the SC9
released by Fidelity

>As you can see I WAS hooked until PC programs upped the anti!

yes all told the backbone of a very solid collection
i wonder how many others "ditched" the old computers once the Silicon PC Monster
reared its ugly head?

Best
Steve
