I don't disagree.. but you care to bet on the odds you get one that was made
in the last 3 months, vs one that is one year old?  And do you really want to
have a cpu that does everything right but add a positive and negative integer?
or something similar.  Such very minor 'glitches' aren't uncommon.  They are
_very_ difficult to find.  They happen _all_ the time.
