In XiniX, every piece has an index number wich are given at position setup from
the top down.

So in startup position, the pawn on A7 gets index 24, B7 gets 25,H7 gets 31.

If you setup a position where the A7 pawn moved to A5 then the B7 pawn gets 24,
C7 gets 26, H7 gets 30 and the A5 pawn gets 31.

This will influence move ordering, therefore the time spend for an iteration
therefore it might change the choosen move.

So for XiniX, setting up a position and making moves from startposition until a
position is reached is not the same.
