Just run a Full Analysis in the Fritz GUI using your engine of choice.
ChessPartner (Rebel) can do this also.
Crafty has an analyze command as well.

At the end, you have an output that gives an indication
of what the computer thinks are the best moves.  If they always
agree with the moves made, you have the answer you are looking for.

I don't necessarily believe its conclusive a computer was used,
but its a data point.
