Pawn formation is the basic formation of the pawn chain (islands, backward
pawns, etc).
Pawn Structure is the total of several pawn features *including* the Pawn
Formation. It also includes Isolated Pawns, Doubled Pawns, and Pawn Weaknesses.
SO if you change the value of Pawn Structure, you are effectively changine the
value of all of those elements.
