Well, a bad opening and a position not understood by the program bring the
strenght of a program quite down.
This is why with my books I try to avoid this as much as possible.
Programs as well as openings books have still a lot room for improvements...

Shredder 9 will be stronger, but maybe cannot change this too much if it
happens; maybe 50 or 100 points more as low point.
I do not have data on Shredder 9 on this, so this is just a guess...

I do not think so; at least not soon.

I think people in this forum will test the new version will like it and talk
about it.

The matches will show how much stronger Shredder 9 is.
