Find a sponsor and the match will be held.
Exclude Chessbase because their best horses are Fritz and Junior. They do
distribute Shredder but do not have any rights on it. Imagine Chessbase holding
an event Shredder-Kasparow with an excellent result for Shredder. Then SMK says
"No" to Chessbase and does not allow them to distribute Shredder any longer. He
himself sells Shredder "Kasparow". What does Chessbase gain from this event
finally? Nothing.
