Subject: Upgrading to new versions of chess software

So many of you have helped me (a real dummy when it comes to software) with
understanding how to update ChessBase GUI's etc.

I hope that my next request is also answered with your usual enthusiasm.

I see mentioned on this forum different versions of the ChessBase family, like
Shredder 7.04, Junior9.002 etc.

I own DeepFritz8, Shredder8 and Junior9.

1)If I update the GUI's from the Playchess.com site do I get the latest updated
engines included therein or is there another site to download the higher
versions of the engines I own.

2)My ChessBase software is on a PC that is not linked to the internet, then what
server/site must I use to download the GUI8.iup's, not using the GUI's. Is
Playchess.com/updates/support/Gui8.iup OK

Again many thanks to all who have helped me in the past
Dario
