Again it has been 20 years since I looked at this thing.  I think that PV
is position verify.  You either have to hit this button multiple times or
use it on conjunction with another button.  I think that you hit clear to go
back to a normal mode.

RE might be reset.  PB is probably for setting up positions.  I dont' know what
CB is for, unless it is used in the problem mode for clearing the board.
