Subject: Chessbase 9 or Chess Assistant 8?

I'm planning to buy one of the above database programs.  I wondered if any of
you have opinions as to which is better?  I have Chessbase 7 - so apart from the
game server, are there any real reasons to go for Chessbase 9?
