It will only move the plastic phantom pieces, and it only does this well >on a clean, and dust free phantom board. i agree of course this does not mean 100% that the phantom is defective only that the seller really couldnt not have tested the computer with these pieces i would be very careful bidding on this ,and would certainly ask the seller if he tested the computer throughly with these pieces or the correct pieces Best Steve
