Thanks, BK BK, This was the online update, and, unfortunately, I did not save the old gui8update file. The online upgrade just writes over the old one and does not tell you it is doing so. Talk about hubris! Save that, then after updating with either the online update or a manual one (both should be the same) run the update again with the old update file. Hopefully, that will fix the problem. Maybe someone here who did save the old one would be kind enough to make it available to those of us who didn't. I don't think that would be giving away and CB product that you normally would pay for. Right?? Chris
