No Most of the advantage that program evaluate is positional advantage. only 2 pawns is material advantage and if they give more than +4 score for white then it is clear that the positional advantage is even higher. You can criticize their evaluation but the problem is not the evaluation of material and they will not become better by reducing the evaluation of material relative to evaluation of positional advatage.
