Subject: What's the best way to broadcast a live comp v comp match?

I see that some people have their eng v eng matches published live online.  This
is quite cool but how do they do it?  I have Junior 9 et al and this does have a
"publish" option in the tournament dialogue but it's really quite basic (e.g. no
PGN to download - some words in German (gegen)).  Are there any other
alternatives?
