In CSS disk service there is a tool by Lars Bremer which contains two programs
(ftptrigger and pgncopy) which transfers a pgn file via ftp to your homepage.
You just need to include this pgn into your html source and include an java
applet or something like that (like ChessViewer). Furthermore enable the
tournament option in the Chessbase GUI. There has been an article on it in some
older German CSS (www.computerschach.de) item 2003 or 2004.
