There's nothing unusual about making bugs in software. If you're a programmer, you make mistakes. That's a way of life. The more complex the software, the more bugs creep in. There's no shame in it. But once bugs are found, it's the duty of the programmer (or his company) to fix them as soon as possible. Not fixing bugs, for whatever reason, is unforgivable.
