No. I'm almost on your side on the issue of solving chess but some of your statements are silly and show a lack of understanding of computer chess. I don't know if chess will ever be solved or not but I feel it will not be in the near future (10-20 years) anyway. The speed increase of computers makes it a certainty that computers will completely dominate even the best humans in the near future.
