I believe there are some new changes. I put new egtb.cpp somewhere on the disk I
sent to you.

Problem is that I am storing if the particular table is 8- or 16-bit in the
probing code, not in the table itself, and sometimes I have to modify the code
after the table is generated. In retrospect that is bad decision, and I'll try
to do something prior to sending you new disk in couple of months, but right now
just pick up new file.
