Hi: I have found that Junior makes some very scary evaluations in the simplest endgames. Here just one example (the end of a wellknown endgame position). Whitepawns: g4 h5 WhiteKing: h6 Blackpawn h7 Blackking: g8 White to move. White simply moves g5 and its all over, but Junior evaluates g5 as 0.00 choosing Kg5 instead! Kg5 might win eventually (i didn't check) but it sure makes in tougher for white. What gives? Earl Takasaki P.S. I like playing junior and it plays a mean middlegame, but the endings leave a lot to be desired!!!
