I have installed it on my computer that has access to the internet (not normally done), and entered my serial number which is fine. When I query the update, I am told my version is up to date. Yet I only have version 9.0.0.2 in my folder. I am confused. I have uninstalled it serveral times, removed any registry entries I can find, and tried again. Nothing seems to work. I am almost wondering why I haven't switched totally to Linux yet. I would have this problem :) Peter
