I have not tested this setting very much, other than against Shredder 8 and a
few games vs some freeware engines.  It is based off of my well tested Slayer
setting. Slayer slightly outscored: Assassin, R1, Judge II, CM10th Creep, T05,
and Alliance in Graham and Ray's testing.  They  played 50 game matches against
top engines like: Shredder 8, Fritz 8, Chess Tiger 15, Hiarcs 9, Junior 8,
Ruffian 2.1.0, and now Gandalf 6.

The time control was 40/40 with ponder on, using a Dual Athlon MP2800+, and the
optimised powerbook and no learning.
