This smearing effect also occurs while running TascBase and while running Tasc
Tutor. In other words, it's only happening in DOS programs running in Windows. I
wish I could describe the smearing better, but the mouse is ill-defined on the
screen and seems to "pick up" whatever it passes over and kind of smears it
around. In a way, it also looks a bit like the mouse is "scrubbing off" the top
layer of the display to reveal a pattern of what looks somewhat like the pattern
made by circuits you'd on a circuit board. Does this make sense to anyone?
