All Radio Shack computers are really Saitek computers
Radio Shack has a liscense agreement to sell Saitek computers with their name on
them

Generally the number of the computer is a rough estimate as to the rating in
terms of the USCF rating system
so the 1650 would be rated approximalety 1650 USCF(1500 elo)
the Radio Shack 2150 or the 2200 would be 2150 USCF(2000 Elo) and 2200 USCF
(2050 elo)respectively

the L designates the Library feature which allows you to save games and set up
and store new opening book lines of play

Radio Shack sold many computers with the Library feature and without it
so you will see a 1650L and 1650,or a 2150L and 2150

Best
Steve
