Steve Cannot be certain about the date code - did seem earlier than I could remember. I worked for Motorola Semiconductors in the late 70s and used the logic which was applied to chip date codes then - as you say I must have got it wrong. Anyway - I cannot get through on your URL at moment. Am surprised that it has such a rating (1500) - no doubt it will beat me into a pulp as usual. Best regards IanR
