The question is how do you define intelligence?
Other will say that they have artificial intelligence.

Why do you say that Hyatt has a little head?

We did not say that computers have intelligence in the part that you reply to.
He did not say that Fritz understand the moves that run you right off the
chessboard.

I know that enabling weaker opponents to draw is one of the weaknesses of many
programs.

I saw even draws out of book in the ssdf games.

A human who is lucky to choose the right book line can draw against many chess
programs even at bullet.

It will be harder to do it against stronger humans because stronger human may
even prefer inferior position and is not going to let a repetition in the
opening.

Another way to draw against many chess programs is to close the position and
again it is going to be less simple to do it against stronger humans.
