Logically, you cannot disprove the negative. That is a fact. Chess may be solved tommorow morning, when Huber announces that his material only search found a mate in 20. It may be that there are hard limits to Moore's law and chess will never be solved. It may be that it will be solved in 10 years, 50 years, 100 years, or 1000 years. To imagine that it cannot be solved is fine. To say that you know it will never be solved is mathematically incorrect. But you will never be made to understand this.
