Some additional computers/modules considered rare by Collector's Worldwide:

From CGL..the Chess Master Series
CGL released several computers under the Chess Master label
of these the Triumphe,Master,Counter Gambit and Travel Sensory are highly
sought after

shown below are the Triumphe and Travel Sensory:

From Applied Concepts..the Walnut Boris Master

while the normal Walnut Boris is a very beautiful early computer ,it is fairly
common to find
less common and somewhat rare is the Boris Master
the BM has the additional feature of being able to save the current game in
memory by flipping the "Memory"switch on the face of the computer

Applied Concepts had plans to release a Boris Grand Master but as with the
Handroid it went out of business before it finished production:

From Scisys..

modules for the Sensory Chess released in 1981
Scisys released the Sensory chess computer in 2 versions
several modules were also released for the Sensory chess
the following photo shows four such modules
the two on each end..the Classical Style and Hyper Modern modules are quite rare
normally these modules were sold together with the Strong Play Module,
so more common were the Classical Style Super Strong(2nd module from the right)
and Hyper Modern Super Strong :

and finally no listing of rare birds should be without a nice wooden computer

From CLJ(not to be confused with CGL or CXG)..the Le Emperour
CLJ was a French company that released perhaps 2-3 chess computers before going
out of business
the Le Emperour was released in 1984 and is in the same rare category as the
Applied Concepts La Regence and Omikron Bogol 5.0
