A couple of comments - 1) It does not fix the printing problem. You always print 1 game, or 1 scoresheet, and sometimes a few, but it will stop at some point and say it cannot display the print dialog box. 2) After you ugrade, if you log into Playchess and "Query Upgrade" it will not recognize that you have upgraded and ask if you want to do it again. Interesting as the download box advises you that the current version is 5, and that the version on your PC is also 5.
