Perhaps you have the resources to fund this effort.  I am sure that there are
lots of programmers who would like to take you up on it.  If you are sure that
such an effort would make money, then you would have a profitable venture.

Of course, if it were easy to make a chess machine play like a human then
someone would have done so.  So it may not be feasible with what we know now.
