Right. 15.Ng5 e6 16.Qf4 Qe7 17.Re1 Qf6 18.Qg4!? Kd8! 19.Nxh7 (Rxe6!? is worth
looking....) 19...Qe7 and black has a bad position. It will probably lose but
there is not any clear material advantage in the horizon for white. Do you see
any? Only a MUCH better position, in a positional point of view. Or do you see
any imrovement for white's moves?
That's why 15.d5!! is better. In 5-6 moves black loses material. Of course as
both moves win, i don't have the "right" to claim the word "better".....

 Anyway between 2 moves that winning i would choose the shortest win which is
clearly 15.d5, but also the easiest (with less tactics and a more clear plan)
one and this is (not clearly this time) 15.Ng5.
