Your effort wasn't that bad John! I've been happy with it in Chessbase format to
date and it definitely hasn't handicapped CM9000 Minotaur 2 or CM10th Cobra.

Back to the original question, the Wizard 4 book in Arena compiled by Wael Deeb
is particularly well used by CM.
