the values are 0.80 for pawn,3.40 for knight,3.50 for bishop,5.00 for rook
10.01 for queen

You can understand it by giving yace to analyze the following positions

rnbqkbnr/1ppppppp/8/8/8/8/PPPPPPPP/RNBQKBNR w - - 0 1
r1bqkbnr/pppppppp/8/8/8/8/PPPPPPPP/RNBQKBNR w - - 0 1
rn1qkbnr/pppppppp/8/8/8/8/PPPPPPPP/RNBQKBNR w - - 0 1
1nbqkbnr/pppppppp/8/8/8/8/PPPPPPPP/RNBQKBNR w - - 0 1
rnb1kbnr/pppppppp/8/8/8/8/PPPPPPPP/RNBQKBNR w - - 0 1

Yace find no win of material at least in a short time from these positions.
