My good friend Nigel Pattinson has an updated version of his OBK2PGN file available for download from his website: http://homepages.paradise.net.nz/npattins/ChessOpeningBookPage.html The updated version addresses a problem found where some positions (infrequent!) could be reached via a different move order and a particular move in such positions could be evaluated differently.
