Hi Anthony, as far as it concerns me and Quark I simply have to work that weekend, so I can not let it play. I hope anyway that I can follow some of the games as a visitor via ICC or chess.fm. Also there was not much change in Quark since the last CCT, currently I prepare a new version for the upcoming IPCCC 2005 which is not ready yet. (There is also a high possibility that future versions of Quark will become privatware because with introducing internal node recognizers the setup might become quite more complicate, so far the main change to the public 2.35 is a speedup of 2-20% (depending on the board situation and the used processor, the new move generation seems to speed up it quite a lot in endgames). The internal node recognizers are not ready yet, but so far it seems that my new bitbases are at least working) Anyway, I wish you all a nice tourney, I believe it will get quite interesting. So far some well known engines are missing, but I am very sure that some new ones will fill the holes. Greets, Thomas
