It will throw away much less games now. Of course it may lose a game from time to time, but less than S8. Because S9 is stronger than S8 it will of course play better versus humans because of that reason as well. Bye Ingo PS: btw, there seems to be a bug in a popular GUI if Shredder plays versus a human. I saw a game of Anti-Comp-Chess where Shredder UCI lost against a human on time in the 256 move. This is impossible in its own GUI as far as I know. But I only have one game, not enough to really track the error.
