If you have anyone (up to 3) that you would like to nominate, please email them
to me at icd@icdchess.com Be sure to include all of the following:
1) The name of nominee
2) The email address of nominee (you can get them from clicking on their
profile)
3) Whether it is for CCC or CTF.
