Special UCI request for Shredder 9.x or 10:
A UCI parameter [or command line start-up parameter] to describe the location of
your wonderful book.  So that when I play it under Arena or ChessAssistant or
Jose or whatever it won't play like a goofball, because it has to use no book
(or possibly worse) one that I made.
