Not an enginebook. All three moves you have queried are strong book moves played by SuperGMs within the last few years. 6 d5 played by Kramnik, Khalifman, Gelfand, Akopian. Overall 64% success rate. Human evaluation of 6 d5 is +=/= in Opening Encyclopedia 2004 CAP of 6 d5 is +0.29 So no ? after d5 !
