Sorry! this game was indeed very brilliant, and I can really sense the wisdom in the Shredder engine. I'm afraid, however, that the possibility of sending this game to the forum is not available without purchasing the program first, it seems. But it might finally be the engine to satisfy me! We'll see if it also tops the ssdf etc. If so, that's it. 1.e4 e5 2.nf3 nc6 3.Bb5 a6 4.Ba4 Nf6 5.0-0 Nxe4 6.d4 d5 7.Bb3 d5 8.Re1 Be6 9.dxe5 Be7 10.c3 0-0 11.Nd4 Nxd4 12.cxd4 Bh4 13.g3 Be7 14.Rxe4 There it is! Then I gave over the White position to see if Shredder could find the best moves after this (against itself), and it handled it most grandmasterly both tactically and strtegically, and won for white, convincingly, and that, after black made complications which a normal human master might not have survived. Don't worry! after Black had provoked the weakening 13.g3 from white, Black managed to get the Queen to h3 and it's bishop to e4, threatening mate. But white managed to cope with that, WITHOUT losing its own attack. Only top human Gm's might have succeeded in that, the way Shredder did. S.Taylor
