extensions(probably check extensions) and qsearch.

If you like no extensions and no qsearch then the result will not be very
intersting(at least with no qsearch).

In the following position it can show +1 at depth 1 with no qsearch because
white can capture a pawn.

r1bqkbnr/pppp1ppp/2n5/4p2Q/4P3/8/PPPP1PPP/RNB1KBNR w KQkq - 0 3

I believe that white will have one pawn advantage in the opening position if you
do no qsearch and search 5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19 plies.
