I, for one, appreciate the direct answers Ingo is giving about the pending new release of Shredder9. Many questions are valid and very helpful and there are more than a few that have questions about it. I did not read much solicition on Ingo's part at all. It's better than asking Chessbase. Personally. I don't see a problem having questions answered on any new releases of any chess software or related products, whether solicited by the authors or their testers or not. As long as it's not flagrant self promotion, which it was not, it simply prepares everyone that wants to make the purchase aware of details or changes. And of course, pricing is always on everyone's mind. I welcome Ruud to tell us what he has along with the costs and methods of purchasing, or anyone else. DHM
