Nh2 looks much more promising than Deep Sjeng's g4 to me, but assuming that Bxh6
really works ( I will look at this later), it should be inferior . It's not
clear at all if the knight is better on g4 than on g5 , so effectively black
gets two free moves to organize its defense.

I let Gandalf 6 show me, analog setup as in
http://talkchess.com/forums/1/message.html?408666

It wouldn't have played Nh2 by itself at this time control but Nh4 with negative
eval ( not an impressive move), so I gave it Nh2 as a start.

First game against Yace was a fine win.

But Yace didn't defend too well here. It didn't make good use of the two tempi
IMHO, and allowed the eternal bind to its f-pawn. The position after 6. Nf6 must
be completely won for white.

So I decided to have another game to see if Shredder 8 could do better, and it
could.

24. ..Nh7 and 25. ...Qe8 looks like the optimal way to use the two tempi. And at
move 26 Gandalf already decided to chicken out and played f4. Actually Shredder
didn't have to work too hard to win the game.
