CM9_SKR on a P4-2.4 finds Bxe2 in one second, and the eval starts to climb for
the next couple of depths. However, at 0:27, the eval changes to a draw, and
remains there even after three minutes.

It appears to be 28.b3 that lost for Levitt. The King gives 28.f4 a score of
+1.61, but after 28.b3, the score is -1.48.
