It seems very bizarre to me!?!?!?!?! There is only _one_ file for symmetric material like KRP-KRP. But KBB-K is not symmetric, one side has two bishops, the other none. They are of different size for two reasons: 1) The number of positions is different (because of some illegal posititions (far from all) are filtered out. 2) The compression might give totally different results.
