now im totally confused
i thought you choose the REN-Sparc??

you dont own the Premiere??

this is too much for my weakened condition

as to the Sparc compatibilty..

all i can say is that the Renaissance board as intially released with other
modules such as Brute Force or Maestro or Analyst modules did not work with the
Sparc module
the Sparc module came out I think 1-2 years after the board
so original owners needed to send the board back to Saitek to get it re-equipped
for the Sparc

i imagine that once the Sparc was released Saitek would have released  all
future Renaissance boards(regardless of it being shipped with a Sparc module or
not)to be Sparc ready
