Hi Alan

this is exaclty correct 100%
a TRUE collector collects for the love of the hobby
for the thrill of the HUNT of the rare item
or the pleasure to have a computer complete in its box
or to have a complete line of computers, such as all Conchess as an example
someone who collects only for potential increase in value is NOT a true
collector,he is a dealer

and i have seen all sorts of dealers
some will buy and sell straight away
other will buy and wait
i have seen "so called" collectors buy then suddenly sell in a year or even two
and always at far greater prices

Best
Steve
