This was a problem of Fritz5.16
I told chessbase about it and they told me they hope to solve the problem in
Fritz5.32

This is an email I got from chessbase about this bug:

We know about this problem. It's because we could not pack all endgame
databases on the CD.
We hope to solve it with the next version Fritz532 ( 32bit version of
Fritz5 ), which
will come out end of november.
