Well Steve it is $300 less than the one sold two months ago. Chess computer collecting seems to be getting more popular and these machines are quite rare. By my reckoning this is only the third Eyeball to be sold on Ebay worldwide in the last year. Hopefully the high prices will encourage more of them out of the closets and onto Ebay then prices may fall. The chess computer websites and Ebay have put some people back in touch with a hobby that was very difficult to access for many years. Whilst personally I would rather have lower prices the prices being achieved temporarily(?) are a positive sign of a healthy hobby in my opinion. Just market forces at work. Best regards Mike
